Celia: Gloves On, Cap & Gown Ready!

Hard work, determination, and a heart full of gratitude define Celia, a proud senior at Karen Wagner High School. As she prepares to step into the next chapter of her journey, we’re thrilled to celebrate her achievements, passions, and the incredible person she has become.

Celia is a powerhouse of talent and dedication. Her hobbies range from boxing and dancing to exercising, baking, and reading—each reflecting her drive, discipline, and creativity. As a member of the Girls’ Varsity Cross Country Team, she has shown perseverance and strength, pushing herself to new limits both mentally and physically.

Beyond athletics, Celia is a leader in academics as well. She serves as the Parliamentarian Officer for the National Honor Society at her school, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and service. Her passion for learning and justice will continue as she attends St. Mary’s University to study law, a path that perfectly aligns with her strong will and dedication to making a difference.

One of Celia’s biggest inspirations comes from Psalms 46:5—"God is within her, she will not fail." This verse has guided her through challenges and victories, including her journey as an active Amateur Female Boxer. The resilience she’s built in the ring has undoubtedly shaped her fearless approach to life.

Her senior portrait session was an emotional and exciting milestone. “The best part was the excitement of taking pictures in my cap and gown. I couldn’t believe that I was finally seeing this big moment that I’ve been working so hard for. I felt so proud of everything I’ve accomplished and overwhelmed with happiness,” she shared. Surrounded by the love and encouragement of her parents, it was a moment she’ll cherish forever.

Above all, Celia is deeply grateful for her family—her parents, brothers, and sisters, who have supported her unconditionally. She also carries the love of her grandparents and brother in Heaven, knowing they are celebrating her success right alongside her. “I love you! And I did it!”
